Day Eight (Wednesday April 25th)

Hit the gym scale: Down 8 pounds from Day One. Nice. Thinking of what I can do to keep the trend going. Change the juice mix? Juice/water balance? One thing’s for sure: I need to buy a new bike.

 

Days 9 — 14

Pretty uneventful week. Really getting in the zone of  having a nice mix of varied juices throughout the day. No energy spikes or lows and hydration is no longer an issue. Got a new bike on Day 10, so I’m back to my full workout variety and my favorite mode of transportation.
